Notes: This is for the wonderfully prolific digthewriter who has so many fantastic stories and art it was hard to choose. Digthewriter was super organised and set their stall out perfectly, displaying their wears very well. I went for this piece as I remember reading it when the 'reel merlin fest' was a thing. I thoroughly enjoyed it then and how could I pass up the opportunity to paint the boys in tuxedos?

Digthewriter's original story had Merlin as the escort and Arthur as the business man hiring him so it true remix form I reversed that but as it's a painting it does not really matter and the audience can choose to interpret it how they like. I hope I have created the wedding vibe and burgeoning desire behind the business deal that put the guys together.

The land falls into chaos and the king is captured. Merlin refuses to rescue him.

It's up to Freya to rescue the foolish king and hopefully convince him to mend his relationship with Merlin before its too late.
