Mod Update

Hello Remixers!

So sorry for the radio silence today. As I'm sure you noticed, posting has been slightly delayed. Unfortunately we're waiting on a couple of people to ensure that everyone has a remix.

It shouldn't be much longer! We will have more info shortly!

Are you excited? We hope so! We're excited to share all the fabulous remixes we have in our goody bag for all our lovely participants!

A few things before we begin:

• We'll be sharing two remixes each day (or sometimes three) from now until Friday, May 13. (barring any problems or adjustments!)

• If you would like to know your planned posting date, please email the mods at camelotremix@gmail.com. Or if you'd like to try to arrange a later posting date, we can try to make accomodations for that if at all possible.

• We will be pausing one day each week for a weekly round-up and so that everyone has time to catch up on what has been posted.

• Please reply to your remix! Your secret anons have worked hard to craft something for you to enjoy, so please comment on them! If you can't comment straight away due to a hectic schedule or what not, dropping a quick note to say thank you and that you'll get to it as soon as you can would do wonders to ease your remixer's mind.

• If you have a problem with any of the gifts posted for any reason, please email the mods at camelotremix@gmail.com so that we can address any issues swiftly.

• Reveals are planned for Friday, May 20.

• Let's make the fest a great one! You can help to do so, by leaving lots of love/comments/kudos for the authors and artists who have gifted us all with such fabulous works!

Notes: So, I love angst, and yet I also love happy endings. The lovely little fic that inspired this remix had angst in spades, and while it ended on a very sad note, I saw the glimmer of a happy ending in there which I couldn't help exploring. This universe may have been dying, but who's to say that Avalon exists only on this plane? After all, Arthur and Freya had to have been somewhere that wasn't here while they were gone.
Summary: Merlin's happy ending, or, what Merlin saw after he said his final goodbyes and laid down his burdens for the last time.
